Royalty Birthing Services is a full spectrum doula business owned and operated by Certified Doula Afi A-Alkebu-Lan. Royalty Birthing Services focus is servicing Medicaid recipients and providing compassionate, personalized support to pregnant individuals, especially those from underserved communities.
We offer full-spectrum Doula services such as prenatal education, labor and birth support, postpartum care, and advocacy, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual family. We emphasizes culturally competent care, emotional and physical support, and resources to improve maternal and infant health outcomes.
Our mission is to create equitable access to quality doula services, empowering our clients to have informed and positive birthing experiences regardless of socioeconomic status.
